📦 How long will it take to get my order?

Great question — and the answer has two parts! Every item is made to order, so your gear goes through production first, then shipping.

Production: 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and ready
Shipping: 3–7 business days to reach you in the US

So your total wait is roughly production time + shipping time. We know patience is hard when you're excited about birding merch — we get it.

📍 How do I know what size to order?

Each product page has a size chart — please check it before ordering! Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing. When in doubt, size up. Your future self will thank you.

🔄 What's your return policy?

Because each item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we will absolutely make it right with a replacement or refund. Just email us at hello@thebirdingbooth.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We've got you.

🎨 Do you do custom requests?

We do review custom design requests on a selective basis — we love a good idea! That said, submitting a request doesn't guarantee we'll take it on, and if we do, we'll send you a quote before any work begins. Head over to our Custom Request Terms page for the full details on how that works.
