Shipping Policy

How Shipping Works at The Birding Booth

Every item in our shop is made to order — that means your gear is printed just for you after you place your order. We think that's pretty special. It also means delivery has two parts: production time and shipping time.

Production Time

Once you place your order, it goes straight to our print partner (Printify) to be made. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, though this can vary depending on the product and current demand.

Shipping Time

After your order is produced, it's handed off to a carrier and shipped to you. Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary based on your location, the specific product, carrier delays, and busy holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience!

Total Delivery Estimate

Your total wait time = production time + shipping time. So if production takes 3 days and shipping takes 5 days, expect your order in about 8 days from the order date.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel orders once production has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@thebirdingbooth.com as soon as possible after ordering, and we'll do our best to help — but we can't make any guarantees once the presses are rolling.
